ramen..........not instant, but japanese ramen with pork, bean sprouts, cabbage, bamboo shoots, and flour noodles.
other than that...................pho noodles..........but it has to be in pho broth.............and cold buck wheat noodles.......aka naeng myun. <----- that's my love.........
I can eat that everyday.........through winter and hell. _________________

mool naeng-myun. pho is good for hangovers. on a hot summer day i prefer mool naeng myun though...something about me being dehydrated and it being cold go very well together. _________________ What experience and history teach us is this - that people and governments never have learned anything from history. - George Wilhelm Hegel |

삼겹살 2인분
됀장찌개
카스 1병
---------
11,000원
...and since I'm such a regular I got 2.5인분 for the price of 2. Hell yes. free food _________________ This thread is pointless. |

i like bibim neng myun over mool. for some reason the mool always looks nasty to me (like it's soapy).
if i make instant ramen, i actually like chinese tung-i ramen for some reason. i get it at my local 99 ranch.

oh yeah, if i go to chinese, i always get gan jja jang (the one with a lot of onions).
i don't like jjam bong that much. the broth always gives me heartburn.
rarely (very rarely) i'll get the jjam jja myun where they give you both jjam bong and jja jang myun but usually i regret it about 1/3 of the way through the jjam bong saying "why did i get this?"
best jjam bong in k-town seems to be a shin heung ru (the one in the same plaza at hodori). is that right?

i love the broth of jjam bbong, except for one thing: its a lil too "fishy" for me.
cuz i really dont like seafood. the only seafood i'll eat is like... seaweed and thats it.
so as much as i love the spicy broth, the smell and a lil fishiness in the soup makes me wanna puke.
its a lil past midnite here, and im hungry... maybe i'll go get some mool-neng right now _________________ This thread is pointless. |

for the last 4 days....i've had spicy ramen, shoyu ramen, donkatsu ramen, and another donkatsu ramen for my lunch time meals.......(along with 2 large bottles of sake)....the shoyu ramen was kind of sucky sucky cause the food court at torrances Mitsuwa (plug for best ramen in the south bay) mini mall was busy as hell....but the rest were very good. the broth is very good. be sure sip before you slurp so you can enjoy that soup.
damn naruto....and his advertising of ramen! _________________
