I have been there once, when I was in CA on December. I liked the staff and service.
But, I don't think it is THAT good enough. When I am in KTown, I see very few people going or coming out of that place. Before, I think there was a lot of talk saying, "The good is GREAT and services KICK ASS."
I don't think so. If it was really that good, I would have seen a lot of people hanging out in front of Orchid.
Too much talk...killed that place. I don't even see KTown213 Peepz talking about that place. Or, even going there to have fun.
My rating of Orchid = 3 out of 10. |

i like the food. it's a bit overpriced. but it does taste pretty good. i think people get turned away from going there b/c it seems expensive. but that's just my thought on that. but i dont really go there for the food. the bar service is what keeps me coming back.
n rating it 3 out 10 for going there once... i might as well rate prive 1 out 10 for going there once. _________________

| Everytime I drive by it these days, it looks like the Source awards afterparty. How can they cater to both Koreans and Blacks? I think they should choose one and stick to it or they're gonna lose all their customers. Not being racist. Just keepin it real. |

Went there for new years, I thought it was pretty good. Upscale cafe with a club like aptmosphere. No dance floor, but everything is so spacious you could make one right next to your table if you were drunk enough. Food is good, and the alcohol isn't limited to beer and soju as all the other cafe's in the ktown collective are generally limited too. Orchid is similar to palm tree, but a bit darker, and much more appealing. They serve bottles of hard liquor in flights of shotglasses which I thought was pretty interesting--less stress in the wrists from the lack of the pouring action. Overall I give it a 7 out of 10. They also gave ddukgook on New Years, that was very good times.

I would never trust those fuckers with my car. Probably get scratches on mine and other people's rides.

went to orchid this past weekend. didn't stay downstairs...went upstairs to norebang. there was some big party up there with like 50 people standing around.
lady (owner?) greeted me when i walked in. she asked if i have a reservation...i said yes...went upstairs and just asked for a room for 7 people and they gave me one. it was pretty fun up there singing, drinking, etc.
