How do you prepare your ramen?

i think this belongs in teh food/nutrition place, but this is more of a fun thread, so keep it here!

i like to boil the water with the seasoning. then when it starts boiling, i put in the noodles (cracked in half so i don't get long ass strings) and i cover the pot. after aboutn 1 min, i put in egg and "ppah" and cover it back up and then i pour it in a bowl. i haven' thad ramen in so long... (jin lah meun....you so good to me )

i usually make it whatever.. just water and the noodle


but if i wanted to do stuff to it...

ill just boil up water... put in the noodles and the powder stuff..
then some 'cha dol bae gi' mushrooms and chives...

no egg, that kills the spice... i do put an egg in if its a non spicy, per say.. beef or shrimp flavor..
and i dont like to cook with the lid on.. well for ramen i dont

shin ramein

boil water and add minced garlic
then add noodles (unbroken, i like it long...), soup base and other packet, a pinch of black pepper, a few drops of lime juice, an egg, light squeeze of sriracha, scallions, couple of cubes of spam, and voila!

instant heartburn and ring sting.

have you ever put cheese in ramen? it's very interesting. i think it's more of an acquired taste.

ok, holy sh*t, i have to do all this lab re-imaging again. instead of visio 2k3 and ms publisher 2k3, we have 2k2 on them righ tnow.................BLEH

anyways, raw onion and cheese (chedder) try that

yes i have and still do sometimes, but i only did the american. i will have to try the cheddar...

i left it out only b/c i thought others would blaspheme me for such practices. haha

have tried the onion too, but don't anymore because it's a hassle to chop.

i would eat it all the time if it wasn't so damn fattening...

mushrooms, i've never tried that. no egg though?? i'm trying to think of something i coudl put in, something new to make it AMZING. steak?! lol, i'll keep thinking about this. everyone, lets make a ktown213 style ramen and tell them to serve that sh*t at the places down in ktown. xD

spam is nice, but i dont put them in ... i put kimchi mandoo in it once.. it was great


steak would be great.. but too much blood will be boiling with the goong mool...

anyone wanna go in the gourmet ramen business? we can even market it to the healthy people.
"atkins friendly" and low-carb sh*t like that. put less seasoning and put a bunch of kimchi in it to keep the flavor going wooooooooow.

shin ramyun:
boil water and the powder crap first
wash noodles (nasty sht in there)
put it in boiling water
fry spam
put one egg in ramyun pot
cut up spam and dump in ramyun
