I have held stocks in government contracting firms (i.e. Halliburton types) as well as technology stocks as a hedge.
My theory is that war, oil, military stocks are anti technology. Which is true from my returns so far. When the NASDAQ falls, the military stocks go up. ANd vice versa. I have used this approach for the past 7 years, and it seems to be true.
ANy thoughts from u investors out there?
