I'm gonna just make a general point, not directed at anyone.

I've seen a lot of big guys in my time, but I've never seen any of them stop a bullet.

It's a humbling experience being at the open end of a barrel. I've been on both sides, and I know it's better to be on the other side.

I've personally seen a 6'2", 200lb thug on his knees crying, while his teeth were clenched at the end of a 10mm barrel. Even though we let him go, we took his ID, so he knows that if he tries to get brave later, we know where he is.

That's not tv, i'm talking about real life. If you don't think that could happen, think again. You'd be surprised how many people walk around day to day, armed and ready to squeeze.

Remember, I'm not directing this at anyone. Just telling it like it is.

Haha. I've heard that about a dozen times...

"if you pull it out on me, you better kill me, or I'll be back for you"

Man, everyone gets so brave behind a computer.

I know for a fact that being in a situation like that is life changing. It's easy to make all these remarks as if you were controlling the players in a console game. It ain't like that at all.

You know what really makes you ponder life?

Coming home and walking through your doors. Then seeing your parents hanging from the ceiling. That's all I gotta say to someone making idle threats.

Anyways, back to the original point. It doesn't matter what you look like, how well you think you can box, or what you've been known to do. If you're not wearing a class 4 kevlar vest with a Second Chance trauma plate, you're just as vulnerable as anyone else.

That usually makes a point.

Again, this isn't directed at anyone.

Yeah, it's always better to be the one holding the gun rather than being the one having one pointed at you.

But I have to agree with AsianWebmaster on this one. You put a gun on me.. you best just shoot me. Cuz if I'm able to walk the next day... I'll be sure to have all your lives or someone close to you. If you take my ID.. great. Then I'll know if I take one of you down, the rest will come to me, and I can get away with "self defense".

My friends in HS were hicks. If you know a real hick, you'll know.. a group of them is nothing but trouble. these guys would walk down mexico, and call them spicks and wetbacks. bar fights every other day, and they throw cows for fun. But in the end.. they're good people. If bouncer's are afraid of this guy, they're pussies. If some dood that big was coming after me.. before I get knocked out, I'm going to go after all the weakest links in his body to crack as many bones as possible. Then again, for those that big to act all bully like.. it's kinda sad really. Cuz those are the ones that cry and scream the loudest when the rolls turned on them as Shut Up and Die Quietly said. It rarely occurs to them that some crazy dood's going to pull a trigger, and the rest of their body's being will rott in a wooden box crawling with worms and maggots.

And BiLLClintn... being stabbed to death by a dull spoon would suck! but I think a spork would be worse. Smile

This is way off topic.

We don't need another 200 posts talking about how someone would do a flying roundhouse kick to the noggin, then use their drunken monkey technique on an assailant with the gun.

We all know everyone here is some superhero that knows exactly how to react and respond when they're facing a big bore.

My original point was that the picture was posted to obviously try to make people think that some guy was tough. My reponse to that was that no one is impressed. I personally run into roughnecks and wanna bes all day long. Anyone who's done time knows that you don't underestimate someone just because he doesn't work out 4 hours a day, 6 days a week. Just cuz someone isn't as 'roided out as you, doesn't mean that you can't be taken down like a sniveling girl scout that you really are.

And that's my point.
KraGiEMon Mar 29, 2004 1:26 am
Honestly, I don't mean to disrespect, but don't underestimate anyone. You can think whatever you want, but with 3 degrees of separation here in so.cali, chances are... you'll run into people. So just like what you are saying about others... let's always remember, we're thinking the same about you.

Never forget that you're not the only one that lived a life of crime, and you're not the only one that's played with guns. I mean play as in used. So please, quit with your trolling.
