Seems to me that no make up looks more brighter and clean complextion. ^^

Well, the "with makeup" pics are out of focus (see if your webcam has a focus ring; mine does). So that's a rather unfair comparison. The "no make up" pic looks a lot cleaner because the image is so much better (in focus, better lighting). Maybe you need a photo session. I'm free tomorrow.
