The
new Koreatown trend: The All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ restaurants.
For $14.99 you can eat all the Galbi (marinated rib), Joomooluk (unmarinated
rib) , Chadol (thin beef brisket) and Samgyupsal (thick unsalted bacon)
your tummy can handle. But that's just from the Combo A menu, and
that's not all you're limited to. Their Combo B varies slightly, and the
restaurant will allow you to mix-and-match the meats to your liking.
We feel that this is one of the best all-you-can-eat meat house in K-Town!
The meat is tender and fresh, and the ban-chan (side dishes) they serve
are delicious! And most importantly, their service is superb, which
is almost a rarity in K-Town. The staff is friendly, and they always put
on a smile. Your drink will never be more than half empty, because
they're very quick to fill it up. They are also very clever about
the way they serve your meat. At first you get one big plate
assorted with different cuts, then as you keep ordering more--the plates
get smaller and smaller, that way you're less prone of leaving leftovers.
They also do this because unlike other restaurants, they don't reuse your
leftover meat for other customers. The price of their soju is cheap too!
Only $5.99 per bottle, if you order the all-you-can-eat plate of meat!
The Downside:
-Parking: Valet parking, the lot is small and cramped.
-Tables: The tables are a bit on the small side, get ready to get cozy.
The Upside:
-Exceptional service & friendliness. We were the youngest people
there, but they treated us with tons of respect.
-Meat: Quality of meat is excellent.
-Extra Bonus: Your choice of Nengmyun or Dhen-Jang Jjigae (bean
paste soup), compliments of LA Family House.
