We all know Le Prive/Le Cercle is not the top club in K-Town anymore, and it hasn’t been for some time. Follow the disputes arising form operations and sale of a business, (Hong vs. Park) filed June 13, 2011. It gives an interesting insight on the history of the business itself, in terms of its value, ownership, operations, and etc.
This appeal arises out of a series of disputes concerning the operation and sale of a business, Le Prive Dinner Club, located in the Los Angeles neighborhood known as Koreatown. We summarize the nature of the parties and the underlying transactions in order to place the appellate claims in context.
